But they don't teach emoticons in school, and some of them are actually hard to understand — at least for some of us. Additional to the many health benefits yoga can bring, just by starting a yoga practice, can make us healthier overall. It's also a good way to meet other people & be part of a group. Yoga is a practice that can be built on & there are many different types of yoga. The best thing to do is to try out different ones until we find one that suits us & our needs. The most important part of yoga is just giving it a try. It's something we can add to our daily routine either at home or in a class. The more we are ourselves, the more we can be vulnerable. This can help us cope better because we don't feel like we have to hide who we are or hide our problems. When we do this, it makes it easier to open up to others about how we're feeling. Somewhere along the way, we have lost the feeling of what it's like to be human, possibly through a distorted view of how we think the world should be. But it doesn't have to be that way. We can be ourselves and through this, change the world around us.
